Grilled Atlantic Salmon

Buy some salmon. Fire up the grill. Then make this marinade:

Grilled Atlantic Salmon Marinade

1/2 cup extra virgin cold pressed olive oil 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 1 Tbsp soy sauce 1/4 tsp ground pepper 1 tsp dill

Brush over salmon on both sides before and during grilling on open flame.
